Spro2 Remote Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Spro2 Remote ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app. The app is provided by oodhwe ("we", "our", "us").

2. What the App Does

The app is an unofficial remote that discovers a ZTE Spro2 smart projector on your local Wi-Fi network (or the projector's own hotspot), mirrors its screen, and sends touch, navigation and volume input to it. It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with ZTE or the projector manufacturer.

3. Use of the App

• Use the app only with projectors you own or are authorised to control.
• Do not use the app to interfere with other people's devices or networks.
• Do not reverse-engineer, copy, resell or redistribute the app, except as permitted by law.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your phone, your Wi-Fi network and the projector. Use the app safely, and do not rely on it for critical or safety-related purposes.

5. Availability and Changes

The app depends on the projector's firmware and network conditions. Features may change, stop working after a projector update, or be interrupted. We may update or discontinue the app at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its name and its design belong to oodhwe. Other product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss, damage or interruption arising from your use of the app.

8. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Spro2 Remote Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the seat of oodhwe have jurisdiction.
