About oodhwe
A small studio that ships real products
Product builders first, so we build client software the same way: useful, private and made to last.
oodhwe started by building the apps we wanted to use ourselves: a calendar our families could read in Tamil, a moi register for weddings, private PDF tools, and remotes for the fans and projectors in our homes. We have shipped ten of them so far.
Building and running our own products taught us what matters to the people who use software every day. Software should be fast, it should respect their data, and it should not charge rent for features they never asked for.
We now bring that same approach to businesses. If your team is paying for a SaaS tool that only half fits, or juggling spreadsheets because nothing fits at all, we can build the thing you actually need.

What we believe about software
You own it
The code and the data belong to you. No lock-in and no surprise renewals.
Privacy by default
We collect only what the product needs. Most of our own apps work with no account at all.
Offline-first
Software should keep working when the network does not. We design for that from day one.
Small and focused
You talk directly to the people building your product. Decisions are quick and nothing gets lost.
