By installing or using CellSwipe ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age required to consent in your country if higher. The app is provided by oodhwe ("we", "our", "us").
The app focuses on common spreadsheet tasks and does not support every feature of Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software. Some content in a file may be unsupported, displayed differently or unavailable for editing.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play's terms. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app, or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law.
You own your spreadsheets. You are responsible for the files you open and edit and for having the right to use them. Do not use the app with anything unlawful. The app edits files in place, so your changes overwrite the original file when you save.
The app does not keep a copy of your files, and we cannot recover them. You are responsible for keeping backups of important spreadsheets. We are not responsible for data lost through editing, saving, unsupported content, a failed save, uninstalling, or a lost or broken phone or storage provider. See the CellSwipe Privacy Policy.
Formula results and insights shown by the app are provided for convenience and may differ from other spreadsheet software. Check important figures before relying on them for financial, legal, tax, medical or other decisions.
The app, its name, design, text and artwork belong to oodhwe or its licensors. Your own files remain yours. Other product names and trademarks, including Microsoft Excel, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe file formats.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country, including consumer-protection rights.
We may update or discontinue the app, or update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows when. You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms.
Our handling of information is described in the CellSwipe Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the seat of oodhwe have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
